24kW-150kW Wood Chip & Pellet Firing Biomass Boiler

Reduce your home heating costs whilst reducing your carbon footprint!

The T4 from Froling meets all your needs. This biomass boiler can efficiently burn both wood chips and pellets due to its well designed fully automatic system and is ideal for large domestic properties. 

This system also offers a wide range of fuel feeder systems for virtually all requirements. Optimum energy consumption is ensured by the detailed system engineering. This means the Froling T4 can offer reliable, user-friendly heating!

150kW-500kW Wood Chip Biomass Boiler

The Turbomat Biomass Boiler is a unique heating system with a fully automatic wood burner which will operate with a wide variety of wooden material. Whether it is carpentry material, wet waste wood or pellets: the advanced technology along with Lambdatronic Control ensures optimal combustion values every time.

The high-tech Turbomat is designed to be easy to use and even easier to service and maintain.

We have got WID compliant boilers for C grade waste wood and SRF combustion

  • Our WID compliant waste wood gasification boiler manufacturer has over 60-years experience.

  • Works with really low-quality wood, MDF, and chipboard based biomass, and waste wood

  • SRF combustion is possible together with biomass (80/20% ratio)

  • Boiler power range: 8%-100% (During summer months, the boiler can run consistently with low heat demand and accelerates when the boiler is already running)

  • If there are power cuts, the boiler can start itself automatically

  • Ash handling is wet ash handling and made from acid resting steel

  • Flue gas dust content within the boiler is only circa 50 mg/nm3, keeping the boiler clean

  • The boiler needs to be cleaned only once a year as part of its annual maintenance.

  • Smoke gas channels are acid resting steel.

  • When commissioning is finished we can provide onsite testings before last payment as our gasification boilers have emission guarantees. 

Key specifications for our waste wood boilers:

  • Output: 0,5MWth to 10MWth

  • Temperature range: 110-180°C

  • Pressure: 4, 6, 10 or 16 bar

  • Fuels: Biomass and co-incineration with SRF waste

These biomass boilers and walking floor storage are ideal for companies looking to dispose of excess waste.

Triogen CHP Electricity Generator

Whether it involves 100 kWe or 1 MWe, Triogen provides you with a suitable solution. As long as you have sufficient heat available of at least 350 oC, the Triogen ORC can convert your (residual)heat into electricity.

One Triogen ORC requires approximately 900 kW of thermal input to produce the nameplate capacity of 165 kWe gross output. If heat sources with higher outputs are available, Triogen ORC's can easily be connected in parallel to achieve the highest production possible. Even during periods with reduced supply, the Triogen ORC will fully automatically produce the highest regulated output possible.

You can add the following materials max 20% well mixed with wood that is normally burned in the plant.
Note that all items must be non-hazardous:

  • -  Plastic bottles

  • -  Small plastic items

  • -  Packages that include plastic and paper or cardboard

  • -  Plastic cords

  • -  Beverage carriers unless recyclable

  • -  Plastic household vessels or containers

  • -  Plastic packages from groceries cleaned (sauer milk, yoghurt, butter or margarine, meat boxes)

  • -  Styrox, foam

  • -  All wood waste except classified hazardous wood

  • -  Clothes and textiles (except PVC, leather and artificial leather)

  • -  Data discs

  • -  Cardboard

  • -  All plastic with plastic material coding 01, 02, 04, 05, 06, 07 (Not PVC)

  • -  Books with it’s covers

  • -  Wrapping materials, papers


You can not include the following materials in our WID/IED compliant boilers:

  • PVC plastic items (marked with 03). Don’t burn unknown plastic.

  • Plastic with marking 07 with O or OTHER under the triangle

  • Hazardous wastes

  • Metals

  • Food waste = Designed to go to AD plants, or composting facility

  • Packaging materials that include aluminium (eg. foils, crisp bags, juice cans, coffee bags)

  • Pressurised cans

  • Glass, porcelain, ceramics

  • Electronics waste

  • Toothpaste tubes and toothbrushes

  • Leather, rubber, dipers, sanitary napkins

  • Ashes ​


The production of SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) may involve some but not all of the following steps:

  1. Preliminary liberation/sorting

  2. Course, pre-shredding

  3. Size screening

  4. Magnetic separation

  5. Refining separation

  6. Fine, secondary shredding

  7. Baling & wrapping

It is the only one of it’s kind in the UK.
